DWARS de campagne in!!
Constaterende dat er dit jaar Provinciale Statenverkiezingen zijn.
…roept alle Utrechtse leden van DWARS op om mee te doen aan de campagne van DWARS Utrecht en roept alle stemgerechtigden op om op GroenLinks te stemmen

Afdelingslied
Merkend dat DWARS Groningen een afdelingslied heeft en DWARS Utrecht geen afdelingslied heeft
…vaststellend dat DWARS-leden het hebben van een afdelingslied ontzettend leuk vinden
…roept het bestuur 2020/2021 op om een afdelingslied te presenteren op de volgende AAV (het liefst op de melodie van ‘Als ik boven op de dom sta’).

Merkend dat bestuursleden soms nog een termijn door willen en er soms meerdere kandidaten per vacante positie zijn …
…vaststellend dat het vervelend kan zijn om je te moeten melden bij een groep die mogelijk ook kandidaat is, het prettig kan zijn als er een advies is over kandidaten, sollicitaties kunnen afschikken en de indiener te dom is om te beslissen of het wenselijk is dit daadwerkelijk in te voeren
…roept het bestuur op om na overleg met de het landelijk bestuurslid Organisatie & Leden te overwegen om een Utregse zoekcommissie, kandidatencommissie of sollicitatiecommissie in te laten stemmen op de volgende AAV.
Goed Geïnformeerde DWARSers
Merkend dat DWARSers zich zorgen maken over de klimaatcrisis, en daarom meedoen met protesten, reguliere acties met een legaal karakter, zoals klimaatmarsen, tot nu toe niet hebben geleid tot enigszins voldoende beleid om klimaatverandering tegen te gaan, er daarom regelmatig burgerlijke ongehoorzaamheidsacties worden georganiseerd door groepen zoals Extinction Rebellion en Code ROOD en het actiebeleid van DWARS landelijk stelt dat het DWARS bestuur dit soort controversiële acties niet actief mag promoten, maar wel positieve uitlatingen mag doen over het bestaan en nut van deze actie
…vaststellend dat de klimaatcrisis urgent is, er bij DWARS jongeren zijn die niet weten van burgerlijke ongehoorzaamheidsacties, terwijl het voor hen waardevol kan zijn om in eigen naam aan zulke acties deel te nemen en informeren niet hetzelfde is als promoten
…roept het bestuur van DWARS Utrecht in 2020-2021 op om dit jaar actief leden te informeren over verschillende klimaatprotesten, zowel burgerlijk ongehoorzaam als regulier, die plaatsvinden. Daarbij mogen leden alleen bij reguliere acties worden opgeroepen om deel te nemen.

Verkozen vice-voorzitterschap
Roept alle aanwezigen van de AAV Utrecht op om in te stemmen met verkozen vice-voorzitterschap, in combinatie met één van de andere functies.
5 + 1 = 6e bestuurslid
Roept alle aanwezigen van de Algemene Afdelingsvergadering van DWARS Utrecht op 4 juli 2019 met stemrecht op om in te stemmen met de nieuwe functie ‘bestuurslid Politiek’ voor aankomend bestuur van DWARS Utrecht.

De Algemene Afdelingsvergadering van DWARS Utrecht, bijeen te Utrecht op tien januari
Constaterende dat iedereen nu moties in kan dienen, mits diegene de naam van een van de leden DWARS Utrechts kent.
Overwegende dat dit een onwenselijke gang van zaken is, daar het identiteitsfraude in de hand werkt en ongure sujetten (te weten niet-leden) inbreng kunnen leveren bij ons democratisch proces.
Roept het afdelingsbestuur op om volgende keer een manier van motie-inzenden te bedenken die deze onwenselijkheid voorkomt.
En gaat over tot de orde van de dag.
Constaterende dat er dit jaar Provinciale Statenverkiezingen en Europese Parlementsverkiezingen zijn.
Overwegende dat GroenLinks veel stemmen kan behalen in Utrecht, we veel DWARSe kandidaten hebben waaronder bestuurslid Jens en het belangrijk is dat we voor een groen en links Nederland strijden.
Roept alle Utrechtse leden van DWARS op om mee te doen aan de campagne van DWARS Utrecht en roept alle stemgerechtigden op om op GroenLinks te stemmen
en gaat over tot de orde van de dag.

Candidate committee for DWARS Utrecht. Maybe? Or not? huh? Crazy title
Knowing that the board members sometimes want to continue to another term. And there are several candidates for each position…
…noting that it can be irritating to have to report to group members that may also be a candidate. And noting that it would be nice if there were commentary about the candidates and the rejection applications. And noting that the submitter is too dumb to decide whether it is desirable to actually do this to enter…
… Calls on the board, after consultation with the national board member Organisation & Membership, to consider having a University search committee, candidate committee or application committee vote at the next AAV.
Well-informed DWARSers
Knowing that DWARSers are concerned about climate change and therefore take part in protests and regular legal actions (such as climate marches) have not led to somewhat sufficient policy so far to counteract climate change. And knowing that civil disobedience actions are regularly organised by groups such as Extinction Rebellion and Code ROOD. The national DWARS action policy states that the DWARS board may not actively promote these type of controversial actions, but may make positive statements about the existence and usefulness of this action…
…noting that the climate crisis is urgent, that there are young people in DWARS who do not know about civil disobedience actions, while it can be valuable for them to take part in such actions, and that informing them is not the same as promoting them…
…Calls on the board of DWARS Utrecht in 2020-2021 to actively inform members about various climate protests, both civil disobedience and regular, that are taking place.

Vice-Presidency elected
Calls on all attendees of the AAV Utrecht to agree to the elected vice-presidency, in combination with one of the other positions.
5 + 1 = 6th board member
Calls on all attendees of the General Department Meeting of DWARS Utrecht on July 4th 2019 with the right to vote to agree to the new position of ‘board member for politics’ for the upcoming board of DWARS Utrecht.
January 10th, 2019
The General Departmental Meeting of DWARS Utrecht, assembled in Utrecht on January 1oth.
Knowing that anyone can now submit motions if they know the name of one of the members of DWARS Utrecht.
Noting that this is an undesirable state of affairs, as it encourages identity fraud and allows unsavoury individuals (i.e. non-members) to contribute to our democratic process.
Calls on the divisional management to devise a way of submitting motions next time that prevents this undesirability.
Knowing that there are Provincial Council elections and European Parliamentary elections this year.
Noting that GroenLinks can obtain many votes in Utrecht, we have many DWARS candidates including board member Jens and it is important that we fight for a green and left country…
