Op donderdag 20 juni vind de Zomer-AAV (Algemene Afdelingsvergadering) van DWARS Noord-Holland – Flevoland alweer plaats. De AAV zal plaatsvinden in CREA, aan de Nieuwe Achtergracht 170 in Amsterdam. De inloop begint om 19:15, om 19:30 begint de vergadering.

Op deze AAV verkiezen wij een nieuw bestuur, de leden van de kas- en zoekcommissie en de voorzitters van de vijf andere commissies. Hier vind je de vacatures voor het bestuur en de commissies. In de vacatures vind je informatie over de functies, en hoe je kunt solliciteren. Je kan solliciteren bij de Zoekcommissie tot maandag 17 juni, ook kun je kandideren op de AAV zelf. Mocht je interesse hebben om bestuurslid te worden, houd er dan alvast rekening mee dat de bestuursoverdracht zal plaatsvinden op woensdag 26 juni in de avond.

Ook behandelen we op deze AAV verschillende moties en wijzigingsvoorstellen, die je zelf ook kunt indienen. Daarnaast bespreken we de stand van zaken van de afdeling en zal het aftredend bestuur verantwoording afleggen. Hier kun je van te voren vragen stellen aan het bestuur, dit mag natuurlijk ook tijdens de AAV.

Alle informatie over de AAV vind je hier. Hier vind je de formulieren voor moties en wijzigingsvoorstellen en voor het stellen van vragen. Alles over het solliciteren voor diverse functies staat uitgelegd, en je vindt documenten met alle info over afgelopen bestuursjaar. Uiterlijk twee weken van te voren vind je ook de AAV-reader met de agenda, verantwoordingen, kandidaten en hun motivaties, financiële stukken, moties, wijzigingsvoorstellen en ga zo maar door. Te zijner tijd ontvang je ook een officiële uitnodiging via je mail.

Als je nog vragen hebt kun je deze stellen aan Janko. Als je vragen hebt over de vacatures of het kandidaatstellingsproces, kun je de Zoekcommissie mailen.

On Thursday June 20th the Summer-GA (General Assembly) DWARS Noord-Holland – Flevoland will take place once again. The GA will take place in CREA, Nieuwe Achtergracht 170 in Amsterdam. You can walk in from 19:15, at 19:30 the meeting will start.

At this GA we will elect a new board, the members of the audit- and searchcommittees and the chairs for the 5 other committees. Here you can find the listings for the board and the committees. In those listings you will find the information about the functions, and how to apply. You can apply to the Searchcommittee until Monday June 17th. You can also apply during the GA itself. If you are interested in becoming a board member, please keep in mind that the board transfer meeting will take place on Wednesday June 26th in the evening.

We will also discuss various motions and amendment proposals for the department and its documents. Besides that we will discuss the state of the department, and the departing board will give their accounts. You can submit questions to the board beforehand, but of course you can also ask questions during the GA.

Furthermore, you can read more information about applying for functions, and about the past boardterm. Two weeks before the GA at the latest you will find the GA-reader with the agenda, accounts, candidates and their motivations, financial pieces, motions, amendmentproposals and soforth. You will also receive an official invitation via email.
