Let op! Meld je voor aanvang van de AAV aan om stemrecht te krijgen.

Op donderdag 30 november om 19.00 heeft DWARS Amsterdam weer een algemene afdelingsvergadering (AAV).

Op deze winter-AAV legt het bestuur verantwoording af over het afgelopen halfjaar. Dit betekent dat zij uitleg geven over hoe het afgelopen halfjaar gegaan is. Verder zijn er verkiezingen voor commissievoorzitters. Via deze link vind je de vacatures voor het bestuur en de commissies. In de vacatures vind je informatie over de functies, en hoe je kunt solliciteren. Je kan solliciteren bij de Zoekcommissie tot maandag 27 november en je kan je kandideren op de AAV zelf. Andere belangrijke data voor solliciteren vind je ook via de link.

Verder kun je in aanloop naar de winter-AAV vragen stellen aan het bestuur of commissievoorzitters en wijzigingsvoorstellen en moties indienen.

De winter-AAV zal plaatsvinden in CREA, in ruimte 3.14. De inloop is vanaf 19:00, om 19:15 begint de vergadering. Achteraf gaan we natuurlijk nog gezellig wat drinken.

Via het formulier hieronder kun je je als lid of geïnteresseerde aanmelden voor de winter-AAV. Verder vind je hier het formulier voor moties en hier voor wijzigingsvoorstellen. Op de website vind je vanaf 2 weken voor de AAV hier ook de stukken die belangrijk zijn: de voorlopige agenda, de bestuursverantwoordingen, de kandidaten en hun motivaties, financiële stukken, moties, wijzigingsvoorstellen, etc. Ook zal je via de mail uitleg ontvangen over het bijwonen van de AAV. 

Als je vragen hebt over de winter-AAV, kun je deze stellen aan Janko. Als je vragen hebt over de vacatures of het kandidaatstellingsproces, kun je de Zoekcommissie mailen.

On Thursday November 30th at 19.00, DWARS Amsterdam will host another department meeting (DP).

At this winter-DP, the board will give an account of the past half-year. This means they will explain how the past half-year went. Furthermore, there are elections for new board members and committee chairs. Through this link, you can find the vacancies for the board and committees. In the vacancies, you will find information about the positions, and how to apply. You can apply with the Searchcommittee (Zoekcommissie) until Monday November 27th and you can apply at the DP itself. Other important dates for applying can also be found through the link.

Furthermore, in the time until the winter-DP, you can ask the board and committee chairs questions and submit amendments and motions.

The winter-DP will be held in CREA, in room 3.14. The walk-in is from 19:00, and at 19:15 we start the meeting. Afterwards, we will, of course, have drinks.

Through the form below you can sign up as a member or interested party for the winter-DP. You can also find the form for motions here and for amendments here. On the website starting 2 weeks before the AAV, you will also find important documents here: the provisional agenda, the board reports, the candidates and their motivations, financial documents, motions, proposed amendments etc. You will also receive an email with explanations on how to attend the DP.
