Online board interest evening

Soon it will be all over again: In early June, DWARS Gelderland (digital) will hold its General Branch Meeting (AAV) and elect a new board. You will soon find all the information about it on our website, our Facebook page, and in your inbox. It is important that you can find out as much as possible about whether a position suits you, which is why we will talk to you prior to the drink on Liberation Day. First we will briefly tell you about what our board is all about, and then you can chat with us about anything you like. You can do this in the large group or one-on-one. Do you already have in mind the position you want, but just want to check it out? Or do you actually have no idea whether it suits you, and would like to see what we do? Everyone is welcome, even if you decide afterwards not to run for the board. Snooping or completely hollowing out to the last detail, this hour, and also during the drink afterwards if you feel the need, we are here for all your questions.

The board interest event will take place through Jitsi, a digital open-source video platform. We will share the link to it in our WhatsApp groups and the Discord server, for which you can sign up below.

How do I get to those server?

Two ways! If you are a member of the announcements WhatsApp group, then you don't have to do anything. We will send a link in the WhatsApp group before each digital activity that allows you to become a member. Should you still need help, we will indicate in that app group how to reach us.
Are you not a member of the announcements WhatsApp group, Then fill in the form at the bottom of this page. Provide your email address or your Discord name, and we'll take care of it.

But I don't know how Discord works/have never done it?

Inclusion is an important value for DWARS, we want everyone to participate, and that also means we want to help everyone get on our server. Therefore, we want to guarantee that everyone succeeds.
