House-to-house in Delfzijl

There are municipal elections in Delfzijl on 21. In the city of Groningen, this year's elections are not until November. To still catch some election fever, we will go to Delfzijl on Saturday 3 March from the city, together with the GroenLinks division and the province's campaign team, to help with the campaign.

In Delfzijl, GroenLinks is participating for the first time this year. Its young list leader Tim de Haan has worked hard on a strong list and a clear election programme. GroenLinks therefore stands a good chance of also presenting a Green and Left sound in the city of Delfzijl from now on.

We will travel together by train to Delfzijl. The train leaves at 10:18 on track 3a from the main station in Groningen. At 10:22 the train still stops in Groningen Noord, so you can join us there too. We will gather at the front of the train. The campaign team will provide campaign materials and food&drinks etc. So you don't need to come to the premises in advance but can board the train directly.

In the centre of Delfzijl, we meet local campaign volunteers at brasserie Ziel. Then we take to the streets together to go door-to-door. After a pleasant afternoon of campaigning, we train back to the city.
