On 26 November, the members of DWARS Rotterdam-Rijnmond will elect a new board member!
26 November is your chance to do a special board year! As a political youth organisation, DWARS is at the centre of big issues such as climate, equal opportunities and social safety.
As a board, you keep the department running. You organise activities, follow local politics and go to demonstrations and actions. In doing so, you are very free to do your own thing. Whether you are experienced or just starting out, a DWARS board offers something for everyone!

🌟 WANTED: General Board member 🌟
(~4-6 hours per week)
We are looking for a driven general manager to strengthen our three-member board and expand it to a quartet. Together, we aim to share the workload and govern our fast-growing department more effectively.
With approximately 400 members we are the largest political youth organisation in Rotterdam and the region, but we want to grow further-especially outside Rotterdam. As a board member, you will help not only with membership recruitment, but also with maintaining and strengthening our organisation and membership base. It is up to us not only to remain the largest, but also to increase the distance between us and the rest of the political youth organisations.
General board members come in all shapes and sizes! 🌈 As a general board member, you are usually given a specific task, such as: ✨ Organising activities

We are looking for a motivated general board member to strengthen our three-person board and expand it into a four-member team. Together, we want to divide the workload and lead our rapidly growing chapter more effectively.
With almost 400 members, we are the largest political youth organisation in Rotterdam and the region, but we aim to grow even further-especially outside of Rotterdam. As a board member, you will not only help with member recruitment but also with retaining and strengthening our organisation and membership base. It's up to us to remain the largest and increase the gap between us and other political youth organizations!
