Zomer AAV

Op 27 juni om 19:15 vindt de DWARS Fryslan Zomer-AAV (Algemene Afdelingsvergadering) alweer plaats. En net zoals de vorige keer, maken we dit een super gezellige en lekkere high tea!

Op deze AAV verkiezen wij een nieuw bestuur. Je kan solliciteren door middel van een mailtje te sturen naar voorzitter.friesland@dwars.org, of een van de andere bestuursleden! Daarbij kan je ons ook vragen stellen over wat de functies precies inhouden via de mail, of via whatsapp. Je mag je ook kandideren via de AAV zelf! 

Daarnaast bespreken we de stand van zaken van de afdeling en zal het aftredend bestuur hun verantwoording afleggen. Je kunt van tevoren en tijdens de AAV ook vragen stellen aan het bestuur. 

Ongeveer twee weken voor de AAV zullen wij de agenda, de verantwoordingen van het bestuur, de financiële stukken van het afgelopen jaar en de mogelijke kandidaten en hun motivaties publiceren. Ook ontvang je nog een officiële uitnodiging via de mail.

Als je nog vragen hebt kun je deze stellen aan de voorzitter, Rania. En als je vragen hebt over een specifieke functie, kan je contact opnemen met de huidige bestuursleden. Tot dan!

On June 20, the DWARS Fryslan Summer Department Meeting (DP/ AAV – Algemene Afdelingsvergadering) will take place again. And just like the last time, we will be doing this while having a delicious high tea together! 

At this DP, we will elect a new board. You can apply by sending an email to voorzitter.friesland@dwars.org, or to one of the other board members. Additionally, you can ask us questions about what the positions entail via email or WhatsApp. You can also apply for a position at the AAV itself!

Furthermore, we will discuss the state of affairs of the department, and the outgoing board will be explaining what they have been doing this year. You can ask questions to the board before and during the AAV.

About two weeks before the DP, we will publish the agenda, the accountabilities of the board, the financial documents of the past year, and the possible candidates and their motivations. You will also receive an official invitation via email.
