Departmental battle
Since we are such a big department, it is of course always a battle which municipality is the best. Therefore, this is fought out every year through different games.
Departmental weekend
Every year we organise a departmental weekend together with DWARS Rotterdam-Rijnmond, here we have cool speakers, have fun games and enjoyable evenings.
Commieklaas
Around 5 December, we celebrate Saint Nicholas in a satirical way. We play a dice game and sing DWARSe sinterklaas songs together.
DWERST
We are organising a potluck in January with DWARS Rotterdam-Rijnmond. Everyone brings something tasty to eat and so we have a nice evening.
DWARS through the dunes
This is our annual walk in which our own house biologists Joost and Hessel provide a fun tour and explanation of everything we can find in our beautiful dunes.
Dedication
Every term the treasurer has to adopt a duck, for this we are looking for a nice organisation (e.g. a petting zoo) that could use some extra support. Preferably, we also take a look at our adopted duck.

This is an evening where JS and PINK! will discuss a number of propositions and see how our left-wing views match or differ.
PJO karaoke
Enjoying an evening of singing (political) songs with all the political youth can of course not be missing from the board year.
Political shoeboxing
During the St Nicholas period, we take to the streets to ask people what their political wishes are for the next year. We then offer these to the municipal and/or provincial group.
