Shoebox Action 2018!

Last Wednesday, we took to the streets of The Hague with the beautiful DWARS Leiden-Haaglanden shoe to collect political wishes from people in the city in the trend of Sinterklaas wishes. With fun conversations and engaged people, we collected beautiful wishes for the year 2019. And what did we do with these wishes?
On Friday afternoon, we visited the group of GroenLinks The Hague to hand over the wishes and discuss them with the group chairman, Arjen Kapteijns. He was excited to receive the wishes and said he will definitely take the ideas into the plans for 2019. The group will sort them out first and then see where they can do something with them.
In this way, as a youth organisation, we try to work for improvement as a voice on behalf of the people!
