Education for all

Education is the foundation of any functioning society. The idea of education is that you learn about the world and develop yourself. On the other hand, in practice, Dutch education, in its fundamental characteristics, is unable to fulfil the aforementioned characteristics. For many, the well-known characteristics of education in the Netherlands are opportunity inequality, performance pressure and one-size-fits-all. This can and must change. That is why DWARS wants, for example, that food does not remain a feature of opportunity inequality, it is no longer about testing but about the development of the pupil, and there will be more tailor-made education to ensure that everyone is provided with suitable and appropriate education.
