Vacancy Congress Committee member
The Congress Committee is looking for a new member!
What does the Congress committee do?
The committee obviously organises the congress and supports the National Board of DWARS. This includes, for example, making a script, asking for speakers, looking for locations and thinking about how best to organise the congress. The committee meets once every fortnight and weekly just before the congress. Before the meetings, we eat together at the expense of DWARS. Travel expenses to the meeting can be claimed via the claim form on the website.
What does a Congress committee member do?
As a committee member, you can take on various tasks related to congress organisation. You can think about programme elements, congress locations or consider the form of the congress. You have contact with organisations, committees and members. You can apply yourself to parts you like, such as preparing congress documents or arranging locations.
In the week of a meeting and in the week of the congress, this job takes more time and in other weeks less. You will also be working mainly in the evening. You will work about 5 hours a week. It will get busier towards the congress.
Who are you?
As a Congressional committee member, it is important to be able or willing to learn the following:

- learn new things
- having contact with different people
