International Activities Committee

DWARS organises several trips abroad. For example, we go to Brussels every year, we organise a longer international trip, and sometimes there are international conferences. The International Activities Committee is the committee helps organise these. For example, they arrange transport to the location, think about the programme and make sure there is a place to stay.

Trip to Berlin

Once a year, we go on a long trip with DWARS. In 2023, the destination was the German capital Berlin. The International Activities Committee helped arrange the bus trip from Utrecht. It also set up a programme, which included a visit to the Berlin Wall, the Holocaust Museum, and the Europe Experience. The committee also helped the board choose a vegan restaurant for three nights and the hostel where all participants slept together.
