Submit your topical motions for the winter congress here. A motion is a way of submitting something to the congress, in the form of an appeal. Motions can call on the board, the congress, or a particular committee or body to do something. If more than 50% of the congress votes in favour of a motion, then whoever is called upon must get to work on implementing the motion.
