Creating statement overview

Claiming travel expenses on this page can only be done with an OV claim statement. This can be done at https://www.ov-chipkaart.nl. Create an account for your OV-chipkaart there. Once logged in, press the 'View OV travel history' button. Then choose the period you want to make an overview of. Then the trips you made in that period will appear underneath. Tick ONLY the trips you want to claim, as follows:

Then click on the 'Create claim summary' button, and then choose the 'Download pdf' option. This file should look something like this:

Then select the number of trips you want to claim. For each trip you claim, enter an item below. If you are travelling to and from a new members' evening on 1 day, 1 item is enough. Then put 'new members' evening' under Reason for travel.
