DWARS boycotts Starbucks
29 January 2016On Friday 29 January, DWARS handed out free coffee in front of the entrance of Starbucks in five locations in the Netherlands. This is because the company evades tax via obscure rules. This is to local entrepreneurs who do contribute to our welfare state.
Starbucks itself responded with: ‘ Starbucks complies with all OECD rules, guidelines and legislation and supports the tax reform process'.
