Minne is the president of DWARS. She is 21 years old and comes from Zutphen. Meanwhile, she has been living in Utrecht for several years due to her Liberal Arts & Sciences studies. Before her national board year, Minne was active as president of DWARS Utrecht. As president, Minne leads the national board. She is also partly responsible for the political direction, represents DWARS at GroenLinks and is the first contact person for people outside the association, such as external organisations and journalists.Minne is committed to an accessible and inclusive association, where everyone feels welcome and heard. She is also highly motivated to make DWARS's system-critical and idealistic voice heard in the political and public debate.
