Gijs is secretary and vice treasurer. He is 20 years old and lives in Harderwijk, but comes from the province of Utrecht. He has gained experience with DWARS as treasurer and chairman of DWARS Utrecht, as congress committee member and as editor-in-chief of OverDWARS. As secretary in the coming year, he wants to contribute to everything DWARS does by making it administratively possible. For instance, he maintains the website, mail, Slack and membership records. He is also responsible for internal communication to members through the newsletter and spinnotulen, and is in charge of privacy. Gijs studied Administrative and Organisational Sciences at Utrecht University, but is currently on a gap year.
