DWARS believes that everyone, both inside and outside the Netherlands, deserves to have equal rights and opportunities. From small to large groups, DWARS is there for everyone. It is up to the Inclusion, Emancipation and Diversity Committee to deal with that.

We are therefore an active group full of diverse ideas and discussion. For example, we hold monthly meeting evenings, where committee members set the agenda. These evenings are ideal for fostering interesting conversations and are also very educational. It is important to us that everyone feels comfortable and can express themselves within the group. Equality and respect are therefore our top priorities.

Topics include intersectionality; feminism, inclusion or, for example, LGBT+ emancipation. We often also pick up on current affairs, which are also discussed in the meetings.
