DWARS, GroenLinkse Jongeren is the independent youth organisation of GroenLinks. The national headquarters of DWARS is located at Sint Jacobsstraat in Utrecht. The day-to-day management of DWARS is in the hands of the national board. The association aims to introduce people to politics in a fun way. We also try to influence Dutch politics through contact with GroenLinks, media reports and actions.

DWARS has several substantive committees, which closely follow political developments on a particular topic. There are also several organisational committees. These committees are responsible for things like training and promoting the association. At the local level, there are chapters throughout the country. These departments deal with local politics in their municipality or province. The committees and departments are always looking for new members.
