Candidates GroenLinks

At DWARS Overijssel, we are always working to make the green, left-wing and progressive voice of young people heard in politics. We do this by organising activities, maintaining contact with the GroenLinks groups and by speaking out about our ideals on social media and in press releases, among other things. But of course, the best way to be heard is by going into politics ourselves.

Next year, on 16 March 2022, municipal elections will take place again. A time when we can seize the opportunity to make the cities and towns of Overijssel more sustainable and fairer. And we want to do that by getting as many DWARSers as possible on the electoral lists next year! Right now, many GroenLinks wards are busy looking for candidates to be on the list. Have you always wanted to see yourself on a ballot paper or an election poster? Do you want to take your first step in politics towards a more beautiful world? Then we call on YOU to stand for election next year!

And with DWARS Overijssel, we would like to help you do just that! In the coming year, we will be campaigning on your behalf as well to get lots of votes! In addition, we can put you in touch with other DWARSers who are on the list in Overijssel to exchange experiences and learn from each other. Together, we will make Overijssel younger, greener and more left-wing next year!
