Vegan Boeuf Bourguignon for grandma

Today, DWARS Overijssel organised a vegan cooking workshop, led by the highly capable chef Stijn Rombouts. Stijn's grandmother used to always make the most delicious Boeuf Bourguignon for the family. When Stijn started eating vegan, he knew he wanted to make her recipe vegan. Stijn tried it a few times, and after a few good tips from his grandmother, he perfected the recipe. When her health declined, he made his vegan version for her one more time, and as these photos show, he got her full approval!
