Vacancy Treasury Committee

The general ward meeting is coming up! At this AAV, a new Audit Committee will also be elected again. The Cash Committee checks the department's finances. They meet twice a year for a meeting (with vegan pizza!) to check all expenses and look at planned expenditures. Apart from these evenings, this will not cost you any time. At the general ward meetings, you will report back on this with the committee. Would you like to become active in our department, but is the board too big a task? Do you enjoy working with money and are not afraid of a few figures? Then join the Audit Committee. Please note that a member of the Audit Committee must not have been a member of the department board in the previous year or hold a position in the department board at the same time.

For this position, you do not need to have any experience, it is just important that you are accurate and enjoy checking finances. Does this sound like fun to you? You can apply by writing a motivation in which you introduce yourself, indicate your experience (if you have any) and why you would like to be on the treasury committee of DWARS Leiden-Haaglanden. You can mail this motivation to treasurer.leiden-haaglanden[at].transverse.org and will appear in the reader two weeks before the departmental meeting. The deadline for applications is 13 November.
