On 3 November is the US presidential election. An important turning point where much is at stake. That is why we are organising a theme evening around these elections.
You will learn more about this election and US politics in general, participate in an America quiz, and engage in discussions about the election. We will also organise a presidential debate! In it, some of the DWARSers play the role of “the Donald” Trump (yes, really!) and others represent “Sleepy” Joe Biden. Well practice your incoherent sentences and populist shouting, then. May the best one win!
Afterwards, the political junkies among us can watch the election results together. This is likely to last well into the night!
