The provincial department is organising a GroenLinks Groningen Day for the first time this year. We would like to cordially invite everyone - member or non-member - who cares about GroenLinks (from inside and outside Groningen) to visit this day and learn more about provincial politics.
But we are also looking beyond provincial borders: Bas Eickhout talks about his work in the European Parliament. After this, he will talk about energy transition with deputy Nienke Homan: we all know we have to get rid of gas and basically all fossil fuels. But how are we going to do that?
There is also a workshop on populism and you can meet our Statesmen, councillors and deputy.
Finally, as a counterbalance to all this serious content, the campaign team will give a presentation on form: how can we best put all our ideals in the limelight?
Naturally, we will conclude with a convivial drink (from around 16:15)
The Groningendag is open to everyone free of charge and starts at 13:00 at the Poortershoes (Oosterweg 13, Groningen).
