Left Dicks will be a two-part series in November, because such an interesting topic has been found that we could fill two evenings talking about it! We will talk about capitalist interests in the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare costs. For part 1, DWARS'er Jasper is coming on Thursday 9 November to speak on behalf of Universities Allied for Essential Medicines about patent law and what universities could do to curb the financial power of the pharmaceutical industry.
