There is election fever in Stadskanaal. Young list leader Nadja Siersma and her team are vying there for a GroenLinkse seat. The Groningen branch, together with DWARS and the campaign team of the province of Groningen, will come to help on Saturday 10 March. We will travel from the city to Stadskanaal in the afternoon to campaign door-to-door together with local campaign team.
On 21 March, there are municipal elections in many municipalities in the Netherlands. In the city of Groningen, these are not until November, which means we now have time to help surrounding GroenLinks wards with their campaigns.
We gather at 12:00 at the bus station on platform N. The bus to Stadskanaal (Qliner 312) leaves at 12:05.
The campaign team will provide food, drinks, jackets and other campaign materials. So you don't need to come to the premises first.
In Stadskanaal, we will first meet GroenLinksers from across the province at the political campaign premises in the city centre. There will also be volunteers from Westerwolde, for example. After a few hours of door-to-door, we will travel back to the city.
