On 25 June, the general division meeting of DWARS Groningen will take place. A new board will be elected and the old board will account for the past year. In addition, motions will be discussed and amendments to the department regulations.
An official invitation to the AAV will still be sent to members via e-mail containing more information about the board candidates, justifications and deadlines for motions and amendments to the departmental regulations.
Unlike normal, the AAV will take place online. We are using an online voting system. So in advance, we need to know who will attend the AAV. The deadline to register for the AAV is 21 June. You can use the form below to indicate that you will attend the meeting:
