On 15 June, DWARS Groningen and Countrywide's International Committee are organising an activity with MEP Bas Eickhout! Bas is a member of the European Parliament for GroenLinks and deputy leader of the European Green Party. He is known as one of the most effective politicians when it comes to climate, winning the Environment Award for best MEP in this field in 2020.
Bas will tell us about how best to conduct green politics in Europe and what young people can do to help with this. Afterwards, there will be plenty of room to ask Bas questions and have a chat with him!
