Closing activity: DWARS potluck

On 27 June, the new DWARS board will organise the final activity of this board year!

This year we will again hold a potluck in the City Park, this means we will eat together and everyone will bring something tasty. 😋
Should you now not manage to bring some, this is no problem, we also don't want to have too much in connection with food waste.♻️

You can register at this form. Here you can also indicate what kind of food you will bring so that there is some variety. If you have a food allergy, you can also report it here, but of course you can also send an app to someone from the board (or if you have something else to report).

The board will provide bread, some vegan spreads and water and syrup for lemonade. If you want something else to drink, you are of course free to bring your own. 🍹 Above all, feel free to bring a game too, for example a ball or badminton. 🏸 The board will provide a few Frisbees. In addition, it would be nice if a few people could bring a picnic blanket.🧺

Everyone should bring their own plate, cup and cutlery 🍽️. Preferably no disposable items to avoid extra waste.

The exact location in the City Park will be shared on the day. 📌 A few people from the board will be present on the lawn in front of the playground a little before 6 o'clock.

If the weather is bad we will try to move out to the premises, but of course we are assuming good sunshine! 😎☀️
