New Board post

As you may know, tomorrow is the AAV! This is where new board members will be elected. You may have heard recently that there was a need from members in the Zutphen-Apeldoorn area to better organise themselves, the so-called stedendriehoek. Initially, this would be under the banner of DWARS Overijssel or as its own branch. Last week, this process gained momentum. Unfortunately, it proved impossible to continue under the Overijssel division or as its own division. Because it was possible to do so under the smoke of our section, we will vote tomorrow not only for the positions already announced in advance, but also for the new position ‘Board Member Rural Area’. Attached you will find the job profile set up and the application of Dorise van Driel, who has stepped up to fill this position for the next six months.
From the board and Dorise, we will be happy to explain the process and how this came about tomorrow. Also, you are still free to stand for election at the AAV, for this position or any other position.
