March events cancelled or postponed due to Covid-19

The National Board of DWARS, in consultation with GroenLinks, has made a policy on the Covid-19 virus outbreak. This means that all activities of DWARS Gelderland will be cancelled or postponed from today until at least 31 March. So tonight's get-together in Apeldoorn will not take place. The General Branch Meeting on 19 March will also be cancelled. People who have applied for a position within DWARS Gelderland will be contacted as soon as possible.d, so that a solution can be sought. If you would like to stand for election at the AAV, please send a message to Sander (voorzitter.gelderland@dwars.org). He will then contact you as well.
So these are; The get-together in Apeldoorn (was 12 March), the General Section meeting (was 19 March), the Iran-US analysis event (was 20 March) and laser gaming (was 26 March) will therefore not take place on the planned dates. There is also a chance that the scavenger hunt in Wageningen (1 April) will be rescheduled. Meetings of the board, AcCo, PolCo and EduCo may also not take place physically. Online meetings are, of course, allowed. If you have any questions, you may contact Sander (voorzitter.gelderland@dwars.org).
