On 22 February, DWARS will hold an important interim congress in Utrecht. We will adopt new internal rules and regulations (HR; all the little rules about how DWARS works), and debate our new political programme. This is important, because with that programme we will get to work for the Lower House elections in 2021, and let GroenLinks and the Netherlands know what we think is important.
