Do you know the principle of collective housing construction? That's when residents of a city unite to build a house together. That house can then be rented out by the builders, without the influence of corporations. All much closer to the people, in other words! Want to know what municipalities are doing or can do for this housing construction? 

The event is about housing groups for young people. We speak to two councillors and the chairman of Wageningen's only student housing group. Rosanne Groot of GroenLinks Wageningen talks about the general housing situation in Wageningen. Alex Croes can explain how his housing association has been functioning for the past 30 years. Finally, Marieke Smit of GroenLinks Nijmegen will tell how she has proposed to promote collective housing in Nijmegen.
