General Branch meeting June 2019

PLEASE NOTE: the AAV has been moved to 4 June at the town hall.

It's time again for the General Branch Meeting (AAV)! This time it is at the town hall, in Nijmegen on Tuesday 4 June. The walk-in is at 19:00, we start at 19:15. Afterwards, we will have a drink, of course!

The AAV takes place twice a year, and it is there that previous board members give account, the department charter can be amended, and we elect new board members. Would you like to apply for the new board? Then check out the vacancies for chairman, treasurer, board member outdoors, political secretary and general board member. We also have a function interest evening on 3 May, where you can ask all your questions to current board members. Do you want to become active but not spend too much time? Then you can also apply for activity committee chairperson.

Would you like to apply? Then send a short motivation for your position (1 to 1/2 A4) by 12 May to arnhem-nijmegen@dwars.org!

If you would like to submit amendment proposals or on the departmental charter, you can! You can also call on the board to do things by submitting a motion. A guide to writing amendments and motions can be found at here. These may be sent in advance to arnhem-nijmegen@dwars.org or submitted until the break.
