Are you ambitious, and looking for a talent path to take your skills to the next level? Then DWARS Radical Talent is the training path for you!

What is Radical Talent?

Radical Talent is a training programme with four days of instructive training. During Radical Talent, your personal development is central. You will learn all about organising, collaborating and making an impact. Together with a group of enthusiastic DWARS and JS members, we will further develop your qualities so you can use them within and outside our PJOs.

  • Leadership
  • Giving & Receiving Feedback
  • Presenting and speaking in front of groups
  • Apply
  • Effective meetings and time management

The training sessions will be conducted by the DWARS Academy.

When is Radical Talent?

Training days are on Saturdays and Sundays in Utrecht or The Hague. They are during the day and sometimes take up the whole day. We expect you to be there on all days. If you already know that you cannot be there one day, it would be nice if you indicate that in your application.

Please note that the times are (approximately) 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. If the times differ on a particular day, you will be told in advance.

Who are you?

Radical Talent is for members who want to take the next step. Whether that is within the new PJO, within GroenLinks-PvdA, or at a civil society organisation.

We encourage everyone to apply, regardless of your background, age, gender, or experience.

In addition, this is the track for you if;

  • you like the idea of growing within DWARS to the next position, e.g. a departmental board or a national position such as national board, congress committee, demonstration committee, activities committee and more;
  • you can attend at least four out of five days;
  • you feel like and have time to do homework assignments between training days

Want to sign up? Then fill in no later than Monday 23 March 23:59 fill in the application form below. We will then contact you further. No later than 9 May, you will hear whether you can join the programme.

We select 10 participants for this programme. In the selection procedure, we take diversity within the participant group into account as much as possible.

Participation is free

Participation in Radical Talent is free of charge. As a member of DWARS, you can claim your travel expenses via the claim form.
