During 5 training days in DWARS Radical Talent, you will learn all the core qualities you need to take your skills to the next level.

Trainer DWARS Academy

The DWARS Academy is a group of DWARSers who provide training to other DWARSers. These include trainings on debating, working in a team, organising activities, campaigning or activism. The Academy develops its trainings itself, and is also a place where trainers can further develop their own skills.

The DWARS Academy is a group of DWARSers who provide training to other DWARSers. These include training on debating, working in a team, organising activities, campaigning or activism. The coordinators provide guidance to the group, liaise with LB and plan meetings.

Member of the campaign committee

The Campaign Committee is looking for members!

The Campaign Committee supports the board in organising campaigns. The committee helps think about promotional materials, actions and events. Creativity and experience with campaigning is fine, but most importantly, you must be enthusiastic and willing to invest time in DWARS's campaigns. In the coming period, the committee will work together with the Young Socialists' Campaign Committee on the campaign for the municipal elections in March.

Member DIRT

Are you passionate about international politics? DWARS is looking for new volunteers to join the DWARS International Representatives Team (DIRT). Together with the International board member, DIRT's presidency, and other team members, you will play a key role in preparing DWARS' participation in key international events.

Secretary Activities Committee

The Activities Committee is looking for a secretary!

The Activities Committee organises various activities and supports the board. For example, the summer camp, various speakers' evenings, and other social evenings.

The secretary takes minutes of the meetings. The secretary also helps the chairman organise activities and lead the committee. The secretary does this, for example, by approaching speakers or keeping track of the mail. Together with the chairman, the secretary ensures that the committee runs smoothly and has a good atmosphere.

The Activities Committee is looking for a treasurer!

The Activities Committee organises various activities and supports the board. Examples include the formation game, the summer camp, various master classes, DWARS XL and DWARS Got Talent.

The treasurer keeps an overview of money matters. Together with the chairman and secretary, the treasurer ensures that the committee runs smoothly and has a good atmosphere.

The Energy, Sustainability and Mobility Committee talks about the world of tomorrow. For example, we deal with current affairs. We also learn more together about topics such as the Paris climate agreement, public transport and the nitrogen crisis, and discuss the DWARSe positions. The housing crisis is at an all-time high in the Netherlands, and due to the nitrogen crisis, many construction projects are at a standstill. The Housing Committee discusses structural problems as well as current affairs and provides DWARSe knowledge and expertise on the subject. The chairman creates the agenda and leads the meetings.
