Cultural diversity at DWARS

On Thursday evening, 3 November, at DWARS, we will talk about cultural diversity in organisations and, more specifically, at DWARS. Why is it that DWARS is a relatively white association, and how can we involve everyone from society in politics? We will listen to Aminata Cairo. She is a policy officer on cultural diversity and inclusiveness at Leiden University. Manju Reijmer, who specialises in gender and ethnicity, will also speak. The programme is as follows:
