Simon is the treasurer of DWARS. He is 25 years old and is from Utrecht. Before his country board year, Simon was treasurer of the DWARS Utrecht branch. He joined DWARS because he thinks it is important to fight for a better and fairer world for everyone. Furthermore, he is currently doing his master's degree in Clinical Psychology at the UvA in Amsterdam.
As treasurer, Simon is responsible for all the financial policies of DWARS. For example, he is responsible for reviewing and paying claims, invoices and other expenses. He also makes the annual budget and ensures that it is adhered to, as well as arranging the bookkeeping and the financial (semi-)annual report.
